We are searching for :

Commercial Assistant

- You follow up orders, stock and deliveries ( input in data base, issue of commercial/internal documents within the deadline…).    
- Administrative tasks.    
- You report internally, have contacts in and outside the company.

What we expect :

- Able to speak and write fluently in English, French and Dutch.
- Dynamic, motivated, with a team spirit, able to communicate at all levels.
- Precise, administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Ourlook and some specific computer program).
- A significant commercial experience in the similar field would be advantageous (1 or 2 years).
- You have both a technical expertise and a commercial behavior.
- You have a very good capacity to organize your work, plan and manage priorities.
